1. Order Dispatch & Production Timelines
Because our items range from ready-to-ship inventory to custom-carved pieces, dispatch timelines vary:
- In-Stock Retail Items: Processed, quality-checked, and dispatched from our Jodhpur warehouse within 3 to 5 business days.
- Made-to-Order & Custom Furniture: Requires a production lead time of 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the complexity of hand-carving or brass-inlay details.
- B2B & Container Wholesale Orders: Lead times are finalized per proforma invoice and range between 30 to 45 days for full container load (FCL) production and packing.
